Plain summary
These terms govern your use of Scout Atlas. Use the platform for legitimate scouting and transfer activity. Don’t abuse the network. Pay your invoices. Keep your data accurate. That’s 90% of it.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using any part of the Scout Atlas service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the organisation you represent. Scout Atlas is operated by Oney Finansal Danışmanlık Turizm ve Dış Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (“Oney AŞ”), the contracting entity for all subscription and commission agreements.
2. The service
Scout Atlas provides a B2B SaaS platform for football scouting, transfer intelligence, and deal facilitation, including data tooling, AI engines (Match, Vision, Shield), and a verified club network. The exact features available depend on your subscription tier.
3. Eligibility
Accounts are issued to verified clubs, organisations, and individuals operating in professional or licensed roles. We reserve the right to require verification, decline an application, or revoke an account that no longer meets our eligibility criteria.
4. Acceptable use
- Don’t use the platform to harass, defraud, or impersonate others.
- Don’t scrape, mirror, or systematically extract platform data outside the API.
- Don’t share your account credentials. Each user gets their own seat.
- Don’t use the platform to circumvent FIFA, FFAR, or national football regulations.
- Don’t introduce malware, attempt to breach security controls, or interfere with operations.
5. Content and data
You retain ownership of the data you upload (shortlists, briefs, notes, messages). You grant Oney AŞ a limited licence to host, index, and serve that data back to you. We never train models on your private data without explicit, written consent.
6. Subscriptions and commission
Subscriptions are billed annually, invoiced monthly, payable inside 30 days. Transaction commission applies to deals closed through the Deal Room and is invoiced upon contract signature. Late payments accrue at 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted by Turkish law, whichever is lower.
7. Service levels
Target uptime is 99.9% per quarter, measured against the public status page. We pro-rate credits for prolonged outages (greater than four hours in any 24-hour window). The full SLA is included in the order form for Analyst and Director tiers.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties commit to protecting confidential information disclosed during use of the service, including platform usage data, network composition, and Deal Room contents.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate at the end of the subscription term with 60 days written notice. We may suspend or terminate immediately for material breach (e.g. acceptable-use violations) with written notice. On termination, you have 90 days to export your data before cryptographic erasure.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Turkish and EU law, the total liability of either party for any claim arising under or in connection with these terms is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes. EU and UK member clubs may, by separate written agreement, elect English law and the courts of England and Wales for cross-border disputes.
12. Changes
We will email account admins ahead of any material change. Previous versions remain accessible at /legal/terms/v0. The full version log is in the changelog.
