Commission is the second revenue stream — it’s how we share upside with clubs that close transactions through the Deal Room. No deal closes, no commission charged.

Pricing FAQ

Are seat counts strict?+
No. Seat counts are the included total — additional seats are $200/mo each on Scout, $150/mo on Analyst, $0 on Director. We don’t cut you off; we’ll surface a usage notice and have a conversation.
What happens at the founding-member cap?+
After the 100th club, founding-member pricing closes. New clubs onboard at standard list prices. Existing founding members keep their 30%-for-life rate as long as their account remains active.
Can we trial?+
Yes — every pilot starts with a 30-day proof-of-value sprint. We bring our team to your office (or yours to ours), import your data, run two windows of historic transfers retrospectively. If it doesn’t earn its keep, you don’t sign.
How does the transaction commission interact with the subscription?+
Subscription is for access. Commission is for the closed deal. They don’t offset. Founding members have the option to convert up to 25% of subscription cost into commission credits during their first window.
Currency and payment?+
Default invoicing in USD or EUR. We accept GBP, TRY, and AED for member clubs. Wire transfer or SEPA. Stripe is enabled for self-serve trial pilots only.
What about cancellation?+
Annual commitment, cancel any time before renewal. We pro-rate refunds for major service outages (4h+ in any 24h window) per SLA. No data hostage — full export available 90 days post-cancellation.
